SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner coverage, local serviceability, operational restrictions, and other logistical factors. If your location is not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
As many of our products are prepared in fresh batches, occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand, festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, operational disruptions, or courier-related issues. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, courier partner availability, and local service conditions.
Orders shipped to major metropolitan cities are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.
Orders shipped to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are generally delivered within 4–7 business days.
Orders shipped to remote locations, North-Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, islands, and other difficult-to-reach regions may require 7–10 business days or longer.
All delivery timelines are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Nariyal Nariyal & Co. may offer promotional free shipping on eligible orders. Any such promotion will be clearly communicated on our website and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
FOOD-SAFE PACKAGING
We take special care when packaging food products to maintain quality and freshness during transit.
Products are packed using secure and hygienic packaging materials designed to help preserve freshness and reduce the risk of transit damage.
Where applicable, products may be shipped with tamper-evident seals to provide additional assurance that the package has not been opened before delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout.
Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hours after shipment, although activation times may vary depending on the courier partner.
DAMAGED PACKAGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, or otherwise compromised, we recommend taking clear photographs before opening it.
We also strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label, sealed package, and product contents. This significantly helps us investigate claims related to transit damage, missing items, incorrect deliveries, or quality concerns.
Any claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at sos@nariyalnariyalandco.shop.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or further review.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND FAILED DELIVERIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Nariyal Nariyal & Co. shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and order values.
Nariyal Nariyal & Co. reserves the right to limit, restrict, disable, or refuse Cash on Delivery services for specific products, customers, locations, pin codes, or orders at its sole discretion.
Repeated order refusals, failed delivery attempts, excessive Return-to-Origin (RTO) incidents, or misuse of COD services may result in future restrictions or refusal of service.
DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include weather conditions, natural disasters, floods, transportation disruptions, strikes, public holidays, government restrictions, public emergencies, internet outages, courier operational issues, festivals, or other unforeseen events.
In such situations, delivery timelines may be extended without liability on the part of Nariyal Nariyal & Co.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, Nariyal Nariyal & Co. ships only within India.
We may expand to international shipping in the future. Any updates regarding international availability will be announced through our website and official communication channels.
