At Nariyal Nariyal & Co., we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and if something isn't right with your order, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
Because we sell food products, health, hygiene, and product safety are our highest priorities. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition. All seals, shrink-wrap, tamper-evident packaging, labels, and accompanying materials must remain intact, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless there is a verified quality issue, manufacturing defect, or transit-related damage.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
If you discover that a product is spoiled, defective, contaminated, damaged internally, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption after opening, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the product.
When submitting a quality-related claim, please include clear photographs or videos showing the issue, along with the Batch Number and Expiry Date printed on the packaging.
After reviewing your claim and verifying the issue, we may provide a full refund, replacement product, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, contains missing items, or contains an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve your claim efficiently, we strongly recommend providing clear photographs of the package and products. An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the shipping label, sealed package, and contents is highly recommended and may be required for certain claims.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is required because a product is defective, spoiled, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered, Nariyal Nariyal & Co. will cover the return shipping costs.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a reverse pickup, provide a prepaid return label, or issue a refund or replacement without requiring the product to be returned.
For approved returns of unopened products due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or any reason not attributable to Nariyal Nariyal & Co., the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and quality reasons, certain products are not eligible for return.
This includes opened food products without a verified quality concern, products damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery, products that have expired after being delivered in good condition, sale or promotional items specifically marked as non-returnable, gift cards, and digital products.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR QUALITY CLAIM

Please include your Order Number, Full Name, Contact Information, reason for the request, and any supporting photographs or videos that may help us review your claim.
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the next steps.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us for assistance.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be subject to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
Nariyal Nariyal & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases involving product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or operational limitations. In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed promptly.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from purchases made through Nariyal Nariyal & Co. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
